Refund Eligibility

Premium Subscriptions

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your request is made within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase.
  • Your request is made within 7 days of an automatic subscription renewal.
  • You haven't used premium features extensively during this period (as determined by our usage monitoring system).

One-Time Purchases

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your request is made within 30 days of purchase.
  • The purchased content is demonstrably defective or not as described.
  • You haven't extensively used or completed the purchased content.

In-Game Purchases

In-game purchases are generally non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

  • The purchased item was not delivered to your account.
  • The purchased item doesn't function as explicitly advertised.
  • The purchase was made by a minor without parental consent (documentation may be required).

Non-Refundable Items and Circumstances

The following purchases and situations are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 14 days (except within 7 days of an automatic renewal).
  • In-game purchases that have been consumed or used (such as power-ups that have been activated).
  • Purchases made more than 30 days prior to the refund request.
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Cases where fraud or abuse of our refund policy is detected.
  • Purchases made through third-party platforms (these are subject to the refund policies of those platforms).

Special promotional offers, discounted items, or items marked as "final sale" may have different refund terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Refund Processing

Timeline

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Card refunds typically process within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
  • PayPal refunds typically process within 3-5 business days.
  • Other payment methods may have varying processing times.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. In cases where this is not possible, we may:

  • Issue store credit to your Hyperplix account
  • Arrange an alternative refund method (in special circumstances)

Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using purchased content, please contact our technical support team first. We will make every attempt to resolve the issue before processing a refund.

Accidental Purchases

If you or a family member has made an accidental purchase, please contact us immediately. Accidental purchase claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may require additional verification.

Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe an unauthorized purchase was made using your account, please:

  2. Change your account password
  3. Review your account for any other unauthorized activity

Subscription Cancellations

Canceling a subscription is different from requesting a refund. To cancel a recurring subscription:

  1. Log into your Hyperplix account
  2. Navigate to "Account Settings" > "Subscriptions"
  3. Select the subscription you wish to cancel
  4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts

Canceling a subscription will stop future billing but will not automatically generate a refund for previous charges. If you wish to request a refund for a recent subscription payment, please follow the refund process outlined above.

Policy Exceptions

Hyperplix reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion. Exceptions may be made in cases of extenuating circumstances, such as:

  • Extended service outages
  • Significant changes to the service after purchase
  • Demonstrated hardship or special circumstances

Any exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis and do not constitute a change in the overall policy.
